Proof of purchase is required in addition to photographic evidence of the alleged fault. Arcade Fashions will issue a refund for the purchase price of the faulty product and any postage incurred by the customer to return the goods to Arcade Fashions./

Exchanging your item
If you receive your item(s) and it’s simply not right. Don’t worry send your order back within 14 days of the original purchase date on the invoice and the team at Arcade Fashions will happily exchange or issue you an e- credit voucher.
Terms of Exchange
Arcade Fashions are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you return your garment with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 14days of purchase from date on original receipt.
Arcade Fashions cannot guarantee requested item(s) for exchange will be available; in this case we will issue you an e credit voucher to the value of purchased item(s).
E Credit vouchers are not interchangeable and are valid for 6 months.
Please note items must be in original condition –new unwashed, no makeup stains, marks and swing tags are attached.

Arcade Fashions offers a delivery flat rate of $5 for any orders within Australia. We proudly offer same day delivery for most towns in Victoria and New South Wales if your order is placed before 9.00am.
Any orders placed after 9.00am will receive next day delivery, and any towns not listed below will receive Express Post shipping via Australia Post.
Orders will only be delivered on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 9.00am, on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Don’t forget you can select the option - free pick up in store – which allows you to purchase your item(s) and arrange for either you or somebody else to pick up your item(s) in our store during opening hours.
Arcade Fashions takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items on delivery.
The Arcade team aims to please and cater to all. Our international customers can also purchase from our online store. Orders for outside Australia will need to be quoted before you make your purchase, please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to provide you with an estimate for total delivery charges.
