ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on the same business day (Monday to Friday) except on Victorian public holidays.
Tracking numbers and delivery details will be given after the purchase has been made
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION/TRACKING MY PURCHASE
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your purchase is being processed. This will allow you to track your purchase *. Should you not receive a confirmation email, don’t panic – it could simply be that the email has gone to your ‘Junk’ folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact the team at Arcade if this is the case and we will be happy to verify your order, contact details and resend you a confirmation for your records.
RETURN POLICY
- Return within 14 Days of purchase (excludes accessories, jewelry and footwear)
- Item(s) must be in original condition of purchase (tags attached, unworn and no marks)
- Arcade Fashions has the right to refuse exchange of item(s) if we believe item(s) differs from original condition
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless faulty
- Items can be returned/exchanged in store
EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
If you receive your item(s) and it’s simply not right. Don’t worry send your order back within 14 days of the original purchase date on the invoice and the team at Arcade Fashions will happily exchange or issue you an e- credit voucher.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE
Arcade Fashions are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you return your garment with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 14days of purchase from date on original receipt.
Arcade Fashions cannot guarantee requested item(s) for exchange will be available; in this case we will issue you an e credit voucher to the value of purchased item(s)
E Credit vouchers are not interchangeable and are valid for 6 months.
Please note items must be in original condition –new unwashed, no makeup stains, marks and swing tags are attached.

FAULTY ITEMS
The Arcade Fashion team prides themselves on the fact that they treat every product as though they were the customer purchasing it themselves. The team will conduct a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. The highest care is taken to ensure our customers are satisfied with quality products. Should you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible to talk to one of team.
Proof of purchase is required in addition to photographic evidence of the alleged fault. Arcade Fashions will issue a refund for the purchase price of the faulty product and any postage incurred by the customer to return the goods to Arcade Fashions.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE
Please retain your proof of purchase to receive an exchange or store credit in store.
THE FINE PRINT
Customers must provide Arcade Fashions with accurate and complete details when making purchases online. Arcade Fashions is not liable should you provide incorrect delivery details at the time of finalising your purchases. If any additional shipping/delivery expenses are incurred to rectify/correct your order, the responsibility will fall with the customer.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. PayPal is our payment processer of choice. Once you have finalised your purchases in your shopping cart, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website and select their payment method. PayPal is secure, reliable and fast.
Confirmation will be sent to you upon final purchase; however some orders may be subject to fraud checks/quality assurance by the Arcade team. The team may require you to provide additional identification details for verification. Please refer to the details on confirmation and fraud for further information/clarification.
LAYBY AND HOLDS
Unfortunately Arcade Fashions do not hold or layby. Orders need to be paid in full at the time of checkout; this ensures everyone can access the latest styles on offer. Literally first in, best dressed.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
Arcade Fashions takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect fraudulent activity we will contact the customer at our earliest convenience to verify customer details. Should the customer refuse to provide the required information, Arcade Fashions reserves the right to cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, customer safety is important to the team at Arcade.
CANCELLATION
From time to time orders may need to be cancelled should Arcade Fashions be unable to provide products as requested. We are committed to providing our loyal customers with products on demand but the reality is sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise.
Arcade Fashions reserve the right to cancel any order in these instances. Customers will be contacted immediately.
Arcade Fashions is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.

PICTURE LIKENESS
Arcade Fashions try extremely hard to ensure our products displayed on our website are true reflections of what the product looks like in real life. Different computers, tablets and mobile devices have different screen resolutions so in some instances it may be possible that colours may vary slightly in real life from what you see on your screen. Any special details or features of the product will be outlined on the website in the product description.
